** Please note: there is a NZ$5.00 per person surcharge for credit card transactions.

Refund policy:

Full refund will be given for cancellations by West Coast Horse Adventures due to adverse weather conditions.

A lot of work is required prior to the ride. There is no refund for those who book and then do not turn up on the day.

Customers who cancel no later than 24 hours before the booked ride will receive a refund.
