Cancellations and Refunds
Your guide reserves the right to cancel any ride due to the following circumstances:
Bad weather, river water levels, unsound horses or any other safety concerns regarding horse and/or rider. A full refund will be given.
Each booking price includes a booking fee of $40 which is non-refundable, in the event that the client wishes to cancel the booking, for any reason.
